PCSK-9抑制剂治疗高脂血症的研究进展

摘要 高脂血症是严重危害人类健康的疾病,患者发病率呈逐年上升趋势。枯草溶菌素转化酶9(PCSK-9)是一种肝脏蛋白酶,抑制PCSK-9能够明显升高低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR),降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),可用于大剂量他汀类药物治疗后低密度脂蛋白(LDL)仍不能降到合理水平或者不能耐受大剂量他汀类药物治疗的患者。为了进一步研究和开发PCSK-9抑制剂治疗高脂血症,本文对PCSK-9的结构、功能机制与LDL-C的关系及临床PCSK-9抑制剂治疗高脂血症的现状进行综述。
