随着国家对环境保护力度的加大,对工业废水排放的管理更加严格,有色冶炼企业的工业废水治理也备受重视。针对有色冶炼企业工业废水的特点,分析了工业废水减排的紧迫性及必要性,并结合某250 kt/a铜冶炼厂具体情况,探讨了此类满足国家排放标准,但含盐量高、硬度高、无法直接回用的工业废水深度处理工艺。

With the China＇s efforts to increase environmental protection, the management of industrial wastewater discharge ismore stringent, and non-ferrous smelting enterprises devotes much attention to the industrial wastewater treatment. According to thefeatures of industrial wastewater in non-ferrous smelting enterprise, the paper analyzes the urgency and necessity of reducing industrialwastewater discharge. Meanwhile, by combining with the specific condition of a certain 250 kt/a copper smelter, the paper discussesthe further treatment technology of industrial wastewater that is characterized by high salt content, high hardness and incapable ofrecycle, which can meet the national water drainage standard.
