摘要
采用内压式UF(超滤)膜组件为核心的UF设备,组建UF系统应用于新建县大塘水厂和铁河水厂,以解决当地农村饮用水水质不达标的问题。结果表明,在水厂UF系统建设完成后,净水效果较好,出水水质较为稳定;出水水质符合国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)标准,其中出水浊度在0.3 NTU左右,对细菌与病毒的去除率优于常规处理工艺;TMP增量分别为0.098 71 k Pa/d和0.099 17 k Pa/d并与时间呈线性相关,说明膜污染情况较小,在可控范围内;水厂运行费用为0.351元/m3,说明UF系统适用于农村水厂的建设。
The internal pressure UF (ultra filtration) membrane module is used as the core device of UF, and UF system isapplied in Xinjian Datang water plant and Tiehe water plant to solve the problem of local rural drinking water quality. The resultsshow that water purification effect is better and water quality is more stable when the construction of UF system is completed in thewater plant. The outlet water quality is in accordance with national Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2006), the effluentturbidity is about 0.3 NTU, the removal rate of bacteria and viruses is better than that of bacteria and viruses in the conventionaltreatment process. The TMP increments are 0.098 71 kPa/d and 0.099 17 kPa/d respectively, and is linearly related to time, whichshows membrane pollution is withina controllable range. The operating cost of the water plant is 0.351 guan/m^3, indicating that the UFsystem is suitable for the construction of the rural water works.
