摘要
熔炼循环水作为铜冶炼厂重要的循环冷却水系统之一,主要担负着为冶炼厂火法部分的核心设备(熔炼炉、吹炼炉、阳极炉等)提供循环冷却水的任务,其具有冷却用水量大、水质要求高、自流回水以及事故时不间断供水等特点。以某铜冶炼厂改扩建项目为例,详细介绍了该厂的熔炼循环水系统技术改造内容,并采用多系统并联运行方案,缩短了施工周期,减少了占地面积,节省了投资,可供改扩建工程借鉴。
As one of the important circulating cooling water systems in the copper smelter, the smelting circulating water ismainly responsible for supply of circulating cooling water to the key equipment (smelting furnace, converting furnace, anode furnace,etc.) in the smelter pyrometallurgy process. It has the characteristics of heavy cooling water consumption, high water qualityrequirement, gravity backwater and uninterrupted water supply in emergency and so on. Taking a copper smelter renovation andexpansion project as an example, the paper details the technical renovation of the smelting circulating water system of the smelter,adopts the multi-system parallel operation scheme to shorten the construction period, reduce the floor space and save investment. Therenovation and expansion project can be taken as reference.
