多轮一阶密封拍卖碳交易机制下的电力系统低碳经济调度

摘要 电力行业在减少CO_2排放方面有很大的潜力,并且拥有较大的可优化空间。碳交易机制加快了电力行业减排的步伐,促进电力系统经济调度向低碳方向发展。风电作为清洁能源之一,减少了温室气体排放,促使电力行业低碳化发展。但是,由于风电功率具有随机性,且风电的计划出力往往与真实风电出力有误差,给系统的动态调度带来了挑战。给出了一种基于多轮一阶密封拍卖的碳交易机制下含风电的电力系统低碳经济调度多目标调度模型。对碳排放权交易中的拍卖机制进行改进,建立了一种新型拍卖方式下的碳排放权交易机制下的低碳调度目标,并在经济调度目标中加入柔性负荷成本,建立计及柔性负荷的经济调度目标。利用随机模拟混合粒子群优化算法仿真,通过对比不同模式的仿真结果,说明本文提出模型的优越性。研究了柔性负荷和多轮一阶密封拍卖对优化调度的影响,通过仿真对比分析,验证了本文所提新型低碳经济模型同时具有低碳性和经济性。 The power industry has great potential for reducing CO_2 emissions,and has greater room for optimization. The carbon trading mechanism has speeded up the emission reduction of the power industry and promoted the economic dispatch of the power system to a low-carbon direction. What' s more,wind power,as one of the clean energy sources,reduces greenhouse gas emissions and promotes the low-carbon development of the power industry. But as the output of wind power is stochastic and the planned output of wind power is often in error with the actual wind power output,this brings challenges to the dynamic scheduling of the system. For this purpose,a multi-objective scheduling model for low-carbon economy with wind power system under the carbon trading mechanism based on multiround first-order sealed auction is proposed. The auction mechanism in the carbon emission trading is improved,so that a low carbon scheduling target under the new carbon auction mechanism is set up. At the same time,the flexible load cost is added into the economic dispatch target,and the economic dispatch objective of flexible load is established. Using Random Simulation Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm to simulate this program,so that it can show that the proposed program in this article is predominant by comparing the simulation results of different models. The influence of flexible load and multi-round first-order sealed auction on the optimal dispatching is studied. The simulation results show that the new model of low-carbon economy is low carbon and economy.
