摘要 随着燃气轮机自动化程度普遍提高,燃机基本可以实现自动启停,但是与之配套的余热锅炉、蒸汽轮机却因自动化程度及工艺要求很难做到自动启停,需要人为操作调整的项目较多。联合循环机组自动启停技术通过合理的逻辑、参数设计,向整个机组提供了可靠、经济的启停指令,该技术的成熟应用可有效减轻操作员的操作压力,最大限度防止人员误操作。 The gas turbine notes the generally high degree of automation. Gas turbine basically can realize automatic start-up. But with the matching of the waste heat boiler,steam turbine is due to the degree of automation and process requirement is very difficult to accomplish automatic start-stop. It needs more artificial operation adjustment project. Combined cycle unit automatic start-stop technology through reasonable parameters,the logic design control system to the entire unit provides a reliable and economic start-stop instructions.Mature application of the technology can effectively reduce the operator's operating pressure,maximum limit to prevent wrong operation.
