摘要
分析一起典型的HGIS设备悬浮放电缺陷,通过局部放电超声波及特高频检测准确定位了故障位置,根据信号特征判断缺陷类型为悬浮放电。经解体检查,发现电流互感器(TA)二次绕组固定金属压环与金属压板之间存在微小间隙,金属压板上有一道十几厘米长的黑色放电痕迹,而造成本次接触不良的原因是8只M12调整螺栓紧固力矩不足。
A typical floating discharge defect in HGIS disconnecting switch is analyzed. Through the partial discharge AE and UHF detection accurate positioning fault location,according to the signal characteristics to determine the type of defect for the floating discharge. The disintegration of the examination finds that TA secondary winding fixed metal ring and the metal plate between the existence of a small gap,the metal plate with a dozen centimeters long black discharge traces,and the reasons for this bad contact is that eight M12 adjustment bolt tightening torque is insufficient.
