摘要
大型焦炉在稳定焦炭质量、节能环保方面具有不可替代的优势。针对国内7.63 m焦炉热工及操作指标偏低、炉顶空间温度过高、化产品收率低的技术管理难题,总结了在炉况稳定、热工指标调节及智能控制系统等方面进行的改进与优化成果,以及大型焦炉稳产长寿的有益经验。建议对大型焦炉现有技术管理规程进行系统修订,以建立适应我国大型焦炉生产技术管理的相关制度。
Large coke oven has an irreplaceable advantage in stabilizing coke quality,saving energy and environmental protection. Aiming at the technical management problems of low thermal and operational indexes,high temperature of furnace roof and low yield of chemical products in 7. 63 m coke oven,The improvement and optimization results in terms of furnace condition stability,thermal index adjustment and intelligent control system are summarized,as well as useful experience for stable and long life of large coke oven. It is suggested that the existing technical management regulations of large coke oven are systematically revised in order to establish the relevant system adapted to the production technology management of large coke oven in China.
