摘要
LF炉工序在钛合金化前控制XY70S-6G钢水中氧含量至15ppm以下,控制[Ti]/[Al]在21.7~24.0,可以有效降低钢中夹杂物等级至1.5级以下。通过扫描电镜分析了不同钛合金化工艺下夹杂物成分的变化。采用无扭转高速线材轧机,轧制Φ5.5mmXY70S-6G钢高强焊丝钢平均抗拉强度为956MPa降低至930MPa,平均面缩率由46%提高为51%,产品性能满足用户的要求。
It can effectively reduce the grade of inclusions in steel to below 1. 5 levels by controlling the oxygen content in XY70 S-6 G steel to less than 15 ppm before titanium alloying,and[Ti]/[Al]content in 21.7 ~ 24. 0. The change of inclusions in different titanium alloying processes was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The average tensile strength of high strength welding wire steel XY70 S-6 G was decreased from956 MPa to 930 MPa; its average area was increased from 46% to 51% with high-speed no-twist wire rolling mill. The product performance has met the requirements of the customers.
