摘要
为研究钝化电流电量对镀锡板抗硫性能的影响,研究了25/25 C/ft^2、45/45 C/ft^2、65/65 C/ft^2及85/85 C/ft^24种钝化电流电量下,镀锡板钝化样品中钝化膜表面铬含量和光电子能谱(XPS),将样品正常涂漆后进行抗硫性能实验。实验结果表明:85/85 C/ft^2钝化电流电量工艺检测的样品钝化膜表面铬含量最高,抗硫性能最好。
In order to study the effect of passivation electrical current on the sulfur resistance of tin plate,the chromium content on the surface of passivating film and XPS of tin samples were tested under the 4 kinds of passivation electrical current,thus,25/25 C/ft_2、45/45 C/ft_2、65/65 C/ft_2 and 85/85 C/ft_2; and the sulfur resistance test were taken after normal painting of samples. The experimental results showed that the chromium content on the surface of the passivating film was the highest,and the sulfur resistance was the best undet85/85 C/ft_2 passivation process.
