镀锌钢板耐腐蚀性能影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过对不同钝化膜种类及厚度的镀锌钢板进行耐中性盐雾试验分析,发现影响镀锌板耐腐蚀性能的主要因素有钝化膜种类、钝化膜厚度、钝化膜均匀性。其中,基板质量、试验条件对耐腐蚀性能也有一定影响。在对上述影响因素分析的基础上,提出了改进镀锌钢板耐腐蚀性能的建议。 It is found that the main influencing factors of corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet are type,thickness and uniformity of passive film through analyzing the neutral salt spray test of galvanized steel sheet with different passive film types and thickness. Moreover,the base plate quality and test conditions also have a certain effect on corrosion résistance. Based on the analysis of the above factors,some suggestions for improving the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet are put forward.
