总降变电站“35 kV系统事故”分析及改进 被引量:1

摘要 对承钢公司二总降变电站35kV系统发生电气火灾事故的原因进行了分析。35kV系统为中性点不接地系统,通过改变35kV中性点接地方式,加装预调式消弧线圈后,可以自动跟踪动态补偿电网中的单相接地电容电流。当发生单相接地故障时,能自动实施最佳全补偿,使故障点的残流最小,达到自然熄灭电弧、消除故障的目的,从而抑制弧光接地过电压危害。 The cause of the electric fire accident occurred in the No. 2 main substation 35 kV system of Chengsteel was analyzed. The 35 kV system was isolated neutral system. By changing the 35 kV neutral point grounding mode and adding the pre adjusted arc suppression coil,it could automatically track the unbalanced earth fault capacitance current in the dynamic compensation grid. When a single-phase grounding fault occured,the optimum compensation could be automatically implemented so that the residual current of fault point could be minimized,which could achieve the purpose of natural extinguishing arc and eliminating the fault. Thus,the damage of the arc grounding overvoltage is suppressed.
