摘要
介绍了生产设备"零缺陷"管理的内涵,针对生产设备应用现状,通过一系列管理措施的实施,逐步改变设备管理与操作人员的习惯思维,变事后总结、事后处理为事前控制,预知控制。对在线设备采取人为的、积极的措施彻底消除并处理事故隐患,极大地减少设备缺陷演变为设备故障,保证高炉外围设备运行的稳定性和高效性,为高炉低耗高效生产创造条件。
This paper introduces the connotation of " zero defect" management of production equipment. In view of the present application situation of production equipment,it gradually changes the habitual thinking of equipment management and the operator,thus,the summary and settlement of the post is changed into pre control and predictive control. We take artificial and active measures to eliminate and deal with accident potential of the on line equipment,reduce equipment defects and equipment failures,ensure the stability and efficiency of the operation of blast furnace peripherals,and so as to create conditions for low consumption and efficient production of blast furnaces.
