学风建设,作为把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程的重要抓手,显得尤为重要。学风建设既是高校思政工作的核心内容,又是学校教育教学管理服务的工作重心,同时还是贯彻"三大规律"的基本路径和高校安全稳定的压舱石。当前学风建设存在流于"形式主义"、陷入"唱独角戏"、忽略"精准管理"、缺乏科学评估等问题。要解决以上问题,需要做到:夯实制度建设,构建学风建设长效机制;推进全员育人,构建全方位参与联动机制;加强过程管理,构建学生习惯养成机制;强化结果跟踪,构建科学考核评估机制。

The construction of style of study is particularly important as an important starting point in carrying out ideological and political work throughout the entire process of education and teaching.The construction of study style is not only the core content of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,but also the focus of school education and teaching management services.At the same time,it is also the basic path of implementing the ＂three laws＂ and the safe and secure ballast of colleges and universities.At present,the construction of study style exists in ＂formalism＂,falls into ＂sing one-man show＂,ignores ＂precise management＂ and lacks scientific evaluation.In order to solve the above problems,we need to： Build the system,build a long-term mechanism for building a style of study; promote full staffing,build a full range of participation in the linkage mechanism; strengthen process management,build a habit of students to develop mechanisms; strengthen results tracking,build science assessment mechanism.
