摘要
目前,五年制高职是中高职衔接试验的典型载体,高职院校在五年制高职教育管理方面进行了多种模式的改革探索。本文在分析总结高职院校五年制高职教育改革经验的基础上,从教育管理模式、人才培养特殊节点质量管控、教育政策三个角度提出了推进中职和高职教育发展的改革策略。
At present, the five-year vocational education is a typical carrier of the joint experiment of higher vocational education. The higher vocational colleges conducted a series of model reforms in the five-year vocational education management. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the reform experience of five-year higher vocational education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the reform strategies to promote the development of secondary vocational education and vocational education from three aspects: education management mode, quality control of personnel training special node and education policy.
