提升理工专业青年教师教学能力的研究与实践——以苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对青年教师缺少对本科教学意识的深入理解,在教学经验和工程实践训练上缺乏磨练等问题,结合苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院校企合作办学的优势,借鉴与融合国内外先进的教学理念,以冶金工程专业"卓越工程师"教育培养计划的要求为导向,以提升本科教学质量为驱动环节,以实践教学和现场教学为载体,系统设计和构建了一套完整的青年教师培养体系,最终达到实现有效提升青年教师教学和工程实践能力的目标。 In view of the lack of in-depth understanding of undergraduate teaching awareness,lack of training in teaching experience and engineering practice training,this paper,based on the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation run by School of Iron and Steel of Soochow University,draws lessons from and incorporates advanced teaching concepts at home and abroad,To metallurgy engineering "excellent engineer" education and training program-oriented,in order to enhance undergraduate teaching quality as the driving force to practice teaching and on-site teaching as a carrier,the system designed and built a complete system of training young teachers,and ultimately to achieve To achieve the goal of effectively enhancing young teachers' teaching and engineering skills.
