摘要
采用《高校教师幸福感问卷》对198名地方高校教师进行调查,分析地方高校教师幸福感的特点及影响因素。结果表明:(1)地方高校教师幸福感总体处于中等以上水平;(2)地方高校教师幸福感受年龄、学历、职称等因素的影响。提升地方高校教师幸福感,需要教师自身和地方高校的共同努力。
This study investigated 198 local university teachers' well-being and its influencing factors with the"questionnaire of university teachers' well-being".Results showed that:(1) university teachers' well-being is above medium level;(2) The main factors influencing university teachers' well-being includes gender,educational background and professional title.The promotion of local university teachers' well-being requires the joint efforts of both university teachers and the local universities.
