摘要
在终身教育时代,教师只有不断突破自我、取得进步,才能符合时代对教师的要求。杜威在《民主主义与教育》一书中指出,教育即成长。根据杜威的这个观点,本文提出教学即成长,认为教师的成长与其教学过程密不可分,教学过程同时又是教师的成长过程,并着重从成长的条件、成长的表现、成长的意义三个方面对教学即成长命题进行了剖析。
In the era of lifelong education,teachers only continue to break themselves and make progress,in order to meet the requirements of the times teachers.Dewey pointed out in his book Democracy and Education that education is growth.According to Dewey's point of view,this paper proposes that teaching is growth,which the growth of teachers and their teaching process are inseparable,the teaching process is also the process of teacher's growth,and emphatically from three aspects of growth conditions,growth performance,and growth teaching that growth proposition conducted an analysis.
