城中村向城市社区转型的路径研究

Research on the Path of Urban Village Transformation to Urban Community

城中村是中国城市化进程中由于土地的城乡分割制度所形成的,城市向外扩张中遗留或形成的都市中的村庄。城中村的应运而生,为农民进入城镇提供聚居之所。由于城中村土地权属、居民身份、社会组织形态与传统的城市社区有较大的区别,因而城中村的改造与治理已成为较为复杂的问题。本文从人口城市化的宏观视角出发,较全面地评析城中村存续和转型的意义以及转型存在的风险和问题,提出城中村向城市社区的转型路径。

In the process of urbanization in China,the village in city is formed by the system of urban and rural division of the land,and the villages in the city left or formed in the expansion of the city.The village in the city came into being and provided the settlement for the peasants to enter the town.Because the land ownership,resident identity and social organization form of urban villages are quite different from traditional urban communities,transformation and governance of urban villages has become a more complex problem.From the macro perspective of population urbanization,this paper comprehensively evaluates the significance of urban village renewal and transformation,and the risks and problems in transformation,and puts forward the transformation path of urban village to urban community.
