摘要
化学高师生在培养过程中遇到了化学教学论滞后的瓶颈,具体表现在培养目标评价出现偏颇、内容滞后等方面。化学高师生的培养工作需要高校教师明确学科培养目标、树立崇高职业理想和加强团体协作等要求;要重视教学实践、理论修养、科学方法研习等培养思路;构建全新人才培养模式、鼓励参与学术研究、加强与中学联系、运用新技术创新方法等策略来提升化学高师生的自身能力。
In the course of training,the chemistry teachers and students have encountered the bottleneck of the lagging of the chemistry teaching theory,which is manifested in the bias of the training target evaluation and the lag of the content.The students need to cultivate chemistry teachers in Colleges and universities to clear its training objectives,establish lofty ideals and strengthen occupation teamwork; attaches great importance to the teaching practice,theoretical accomplishment and scientific method of learning training ideas; to build a new pattern of training talents,encourage participation in academic research,and strengthen the school contact,use new technology innovation strategy to improve the students ability of chemistry.
