摘要
大池浇注工艺作为锰硅合金浇注重要的浇铸技术之一,因其成本低、效率高等优势,被大多数生产企业所采用。由于各种因素影响,部分企业的相关指标没有达到较高水平,文章结合现场整改的实际情况,通过对浇注过程控制关键点进行分析整改,达到了降低破碎损失的目的。
Pouring ferromanganese-silicon in large pool is one of the most important pouring technology of ferromanga-nese. It has been adopted by most enterprises for its low cost and high efficiency. However, due to various factors, relevant indicators of some enterprises did not reach the high level. Based on the actual situation on spot, analysis of the key point control in casting process and rectification, it reduced the loss of crushing.
