RIST操作线在矿热炉冶炼高碳锰铁工艺中的应用

摘要 矿热炉设备的大型化及其自动化研究是铁合金行业发展的重要方向,为此需要建立矿热炉冶炼铁合金工艺的数学模型。鉴于RIST操作线模型在炼铁高炉自动控制中的良好应用,将RIST操作线模型应用于矿热炉冶炼高碳锰铁工艺,建立一种适用于高碳锰铁工艺的RIST操作线模型,并结合现场工艺数据完成了矿热炉冶炼高碳锰铁RIST操作线的绘制和验算。该模型能够同时反映锰铁冶炼的焦比与回收率工艺参数,为大型矿热炉自动控制提供工艺模型支撑。 Improvement of production power and automation of submerged arc furnace is important for ferroalloy in-dustry. The corresponding mathematical model of metallurgy of ferroalloy needs to be established as fundamental inves-tigation. In this paper, a new RIST operating diagram was proposed for the smelting process of high carbon ferromanga-nese in submerged arc furnace due to its good use for iron making blast furnace. RIST operating diagram of high carbon ferromanganese producing in submerged arc furnace was drawn and checked based on practical data. The model can reflect both the coke rate and manganese recovery rate. And it provides technological model support for automation of submerged arc furnace.
