新时代丝绸之路经济带跨国文化遗产旅游合作机制研究——基于中亚五国居民调研视角

Research on the Cooperation Mechanism of Transnational Cultural Heritage Tourism in the Silk Road Economic Belt in the New Era:Based on the Survey of the Residents of the Five Countries in Central Asia

高度的文化自信决定着一个国家和民族的前途命运。丝绸之路经济带沿线文化遗产众多,是一条拥有世界影响力的文化线路,对于传播和展示中国文化软实力具有重要意义。本文在构建区域文化遗产旅游合作机制分析框架的基础上,从中亚五国居民的视角对丝绸之路经济带跨国文化遗产旅游合作中参与主体处于低水平的"囚徒困境"和跨国文化遗产旅游合作潜力进行了深入分析。最后指出,新时代要实现丝绸之路经济带文化遗产旅游合作共赢,就必须构建"政府主导、企业主体、社会组织主动"的"三主"多元合作框架机制,彰显文化自信,展示真实、立体、全面的中国。

High cultural confidence determines the future of a nation. There are many cultural heritages along the Silk Road Economic Belt. It is a cultural line with world influence,which is of great significance for spreading and displaying the soft power of Chinese culture. Based on the analysis of the construction of the mechanism of regional tourism cooperation framework,Silk Road Economic Belt cultural heritage tourism cooperation in multinational participation in the low level of " prisoner's dilemma" and transnational cooperation in cultural heritages tourism potential is analyzed from the perspective of the residents of the five countries in Central Asian. On this basis,to achieve Silk Road Economic Belt cultural heritage tourism to win-win cooperation in the new era,it must build a " government led,enterprise as the main body,active participation of social organizations" framework mechanism,to acc-elerate the dissemination of culture and show the real,multi-dimensional,comprehensive China.
