淳安县水库消落区农户被征地意愿影响因素分析

Reservoir Riparian Zone Farmers' Land Acquisition Will Analysis in Chun'an County

农村征地中,农户作为直接利益相关者,其意愿应受到重视。通过调查杭州市淳安县涉及水库消落区征地的样本村,探究消落区农户被征用土地的意愿问题,并建立水库消落区被征地农户意愿影响因素的Logistic回归模型。结果显示,该地区农户消落区被征地意愿主要受到如下几个方面因素的影响:是否为水库移民、消落区土地占比及农业收入占比、土地和征地政策知情度、务农妇女和被抚养人口比例、被征土地的结构和区位差异、农户受教育程度。

As a direct stakeholder, farmers ＇ wishes should be taken seriously in rural land acquisition.This paper takes the sample village of Chun＇an County in Hangzhou as an example to study the willingness of the farmers to be expropriated in the riparian area,setting up the Logistic regression model of the influencing factors of the farmers＇ land acquisition willingness.The results show that the willingness of peasants in reservoir riparian zone is mainly affected by the following aspects ： reservoir region immigration, agricultural income, the knowledge of land and land acquisition policy, the proportions of women and dependent population, land structure and location differences, farmers＇ education level.
