摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,信息化技术也得到了明显的提高。在大数据背景下,传统纸质信息已不能满足实际需求,而高校人事信息管理趋向于信息化则是发展的必然趋势。阐述大数据背景下高校人事信息管理系统的现状,并对其必要性进行分析,进而提出优化高校人事信息管理系统的合理化建议。
With the continuous development of our society and economy, the information technology has also been significantly improved.In the background of big data, the traditional paper information can not meet the actual needs, while the management of personnel information in colleges tends to information technology is the inevitable trend of development.This paper mainly elaborates the status quo of college personnel information management system under the background of big data, and analyzes its necessity, and then puts forward some rea- sonable suggestions on how to optimize the personnel information management system in colleges and universities.
