摘要
随着生活水平和食品安全意识的不断提高,人们对农产品质量安全格外重视。建立农产品质量安全溯源系统,不仅是适应消费者需求,更是顺应现代农业的发展趋势。文章阐述了农产品质量安全溯源系统的定义、关键技术,系统分析了现阶段农产品质量安全溯源过程中存在的问题,并提出相关建议,以期为做好农产品质量溯源系统建设工作提供参考。
With the improvement of food safety awareness, people have paid more attention to quality and safety of agricultural products. Building the quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products not only fits in with consumer demand, but also conforms to growing trend of modern agriculture. In this paper, definition and gordian technique of the system were introduced, problems during the process of traceability were analyzed and related countermeasures were proposed, aiming at providing preferences for building the quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products.
