大型固定式液压破碎机的位移补偿

摘要 特定空间内工作的液压破碎机属于量身定制产品,属于一例一方案一设计.其3段臂构成的开链机构长度达到19.6m,具有的柔性造成动臂的刚度不足,使锤头工作时打击率低、打击点不准确.使用ANSYS对打击状态下的固定式液压破碎机进行了整体有限元分析,得出液压锤头受到冲击力作用发生的偏移,根据锤头的偏移,运用运动学方程逆解求得完成位移补偿所需的各液压缸的补偿量,然后在ANSYS软件中,根据确定的补偿量,使用预紧位移的方法,对固定式液压破碎机进行了位移补偿方法的探究,结果表明补偿效果明显,误差可控制在1mm以内. The large stationary hydraulic crusher working in a specific space is tailored products. Every example has its own program and design. The open chain mechanism is consisting of three arms and the length is 19.6m , which caused some phe-nomenon such as the low efficiency and inaccurate striking point at work. Using ANSYS to conduct the finite element analysis of the large stationary hydraulic crusher under stricking comes to realize the offset that the hydraulic hammer reach when it suf-fered the impact force According to the offset, the amount of compensation of each hydraulic cylinder needed to get the dis-placement compensation can be calculated throughout the inverse solution of kinematics equation. Then the analysis of the ap- proach to compensate displacement compensation of the stationary hydraulic crusher by applying pretension displacement meth-od according to the amount of compensation calculated before can be done in ANSYS. This approach turns out to be effective and the error could be limited within 1mm.
