摘要
以从剑麻膏中萃取得到的叶绿素为原料,研究了酸化、铜代、皂化条件对叶绿素铜钠盐产率的影响。结果表明,酸化时p H=3,温度65℃,酸化时间60 min;铜代时硫酸铜加量1.5 g,时间2 h;皂化时温度75℃,时间60 min,p H=12,产品的产率为4.46%。UV-VIS、IR表明,所得产品为叶绿素铜钠盐,该产品耐热性(<100℃时)良好,在中性和偏碱性条件下稳定,耐光性较差,对还原剂较稳定,对氧化剂稳定性差,可与其它(常见的)食品添加剂混合使用。
With chlorophyll from sisal residue as raw material,the effects of acidification,copper and saponification conditions on the yield of sodium copper chlorophyllin were studied. The results show that p H = 3,temperature is 65 ℃,acidification time is 60 min; The amount of copper sulfate was 1. 5 g,and the time was 2 h; The saponification temperature is 75 ℃,time is 60 min,p H = 12,the product yield is4. 46%. UV-VIS,IR showed that the product was sodium copper chlorophyllin,this product has good heat resistance( < 100 ℃),stable under neutral and alkaline conditions,poor light fastness,the reductant is stable,and the stability is poor,it can be mixed with other food additives( common). This study lays a foundation for resource utilization of sisal residue.
