摘要 采用热机械分析法(TMA)测试了RDX基高能发射药的线膨胀系数,讨论了GAP-ETPE/NC比例、RDX粒度及含量对线膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,随着粘结剂体系中GAP-ETPE/NC比例的增加,线膨胀系数升高;RDX粒度的改变对线膨胀系数影响较小;随着RDX含量的增加,线膨胀系数降低。当GAP-ETPE/NC比例由0∶1变为1∶0时,试样的线膨胀系数提高了82.71%;当RDX含量由60%增加到70%时,线膨胀系数降低了24.89%。 The linear expansion coefficient of RDX-based high energy propellant was studied by thermal mechanical analysis method. The influence of GAP-ETPE/NC ratio,particle size and content of RDX on the linear expansion coefficient was discussed. The results show that with the increase of the GAP-ETPE/NC ratio in the binder system,the linear expansion coefficient of the RDX-based high energy propellant sample increases gradually. The variation of the particle size of the RDX has little effect on the linear expansion coefficient of the high energy propellant. As the increase of the content of RDX,the linear expansion coefficient of the RDX-based high energy propellant sample reduces gradually. When the GAPETPE/NC ratio changes from 0 ∶ 1 to 1 ∶ 0,the linear expansion coefficient of the sample increases by 82. 71%. The linear expansion coefficient decreases by 24. 89% when the content of RDX increases from 60% to 70%.
