摘要
以乙醇为提取溶剂,超声波辅助提取葫芦巴中的总黄酮,以牡荆素为对照品,用紫外分光光度计在340 nm波长处测定含量,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比和提取次数对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶15 g/m L,提取次数为3次,该条件下葫芦巴的总黄酮提取率为1.70%。
The total flavonoids from Trigonella foenum-graecum L. was extracted using ethanol as extracting solvent by ultrasonic wave and was determined by UV spectrophotometry,with vitexin as a standard sample at 340 nm wavelength. And the effect of ethanol concentration,material-liquid ratio,extraction time on the quantity of flavonoids extracting from Trigonella foenum-graecum L. was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting the total flavonoids from Trigonella foenum-graecum L.were as follows: 50% ethanol,1∶ 15 g/m L,and 3 for extraction solvent,the ratio of solid to liquid and extraction number,respectively. And the extraction rate of total flavonoids content was 1. 70%.
