污水厂暂停运行条件下活性污泥呼吸速率及EPS变化 被引量:2

摘要 定期测定暂停运行条件下活性污泥水质、EPS成分和呼吸图谱等指标,探索污水厂短期故障对活性污泥的影响。结果表明,污水厂在暂停运行条件下,EPS中蛋白质含量首先发生变化,其次呼吸图谱指标发生变化,最后水质指标才发生明显变化。呼吸图谱指标中,现状呼吸速率变化最为明显,异养菌呼吸速率和总呼吸速率变化幅度次之,准内源呼吸速率变化不明显。内源呼吸比例在污水厂暂停运行后下降较大,当暂停时间达到36 h,内源呼吸比例降至10%以下,活性污泥中微生物活性将发生较大变化。 The indicators of activated sludge water quality,EPS composition and respirogram were monitored regularly,to explore the impact of short-term sewage plant on activated sludge. The results showed that the protein content of EPS in the wastewater changed firstly,and then the index of respiration changed,and the water quality index changed obviously. The status respiration rate was the most significant,and the heterotrophic respiration rate and the total respiration rate were secondly,the change of quasi-endogenous respiration changed not obvious. The proportion of endogenous respiration decreased after the shutdown of the WWTP. When the pause time was 36 h,the proportion of endogenous respiration was reduced to below 10%,and the microbial activity in the activated sludge will change greatly.
