摘要
由于模板剂在分子筛合成过程中会造成严重的环境污染,而且成本及耗能较高,因此如何以无模板剂法合成ZSM-5型分子筛成为业内人员的研究热点。对近年来无模板剂条件下合成ZSM-5分子筛的方法进行了综述,包括无添加法、晶种添加法和预晶化液添加法。同时对各方法合成小晶粒分子筛的优缺点进行了分析,并且对纳米级ZSM-5分子筛的合成方法进行了展望,认为预晶化液法是稳定的、低耗能低污染的合成纳米级ZSM-5分子筛的较好方法。最后指出,如何解决纳米分子筛合成过程中的聚集问题,是需要深入研究的课题。
The process of zeolite synthesis will cause serious environmental pollutions,highly raw materials cost and high energy consumption because of the template agents,so how to synthesize ZSM-5 zeolite in the absence of template agents become the focus of the researchers. The methods of synthesizing ZSM-5 zeolite in template-free gel systems were reviewed,including no-addition method,seeding method and nucleation gel method. At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of each method for synthesizing small-sized zeolites were analyzed respectively. The synthesis method of nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolites was also forecasted. As the results showed,adding nucleation solution to mixture is a stable,low-energy and lowpollution synthesis method of nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolites. Finally,it is pointed out that how to solve the problem of aggregation in the synthesis of nano-sized zeolite is the subject of further research.
