摘要
以海藻酸钠为原料,制备铁交联氧化海藻酸钠材料,在全氟磺酸体系下用来修饰玻碳电极,并结合微分脉冲伏安法进行了Pb(Ⅱ)的检测。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外吸收光谱及X射线光电子能谱对铁交联氧化海藻酸钠进行了表征分析,考察了电解质、pH和富集时间对Pb(Ⅱ)检测的影响。结果表明,以pH=5的醋酸钠-醋酸缓冲溶液为电解质,富集时间为180 s时,对Pb(Ⅱ)检测限达到7.4×10^(-3)μmol/L。
Fe crosslinked-oxidized-sodium-alginate modified glassy carbon electrode has been prepared by sodium alginate under perfluorosulfonic acid system for the differential pulse voltammetry detection of Pb( Ⅱ) in water. The morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,fourier transform infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction. The effect of supporting electrolyte solution,pH and enrichment time on Pb( Ⅱ) detection was investigated. The results show that the best electrochemical experimental conditions were Na Ac/HAc buffer solution with pH = 5 and the enrichment time for 180 s. The detection limit of Pb( Ⅱ) was 7. 4 × 10^(-3) μmol/L.
