摘要
基于面向时空发展的组织学习理论的时间维度,提出了面向时间发展的组织学习模型。该模型包含4个部分:第一,指出了从传统生命周期视角研究组织发展的局限性,建立了新的组织发展阶段模型。根据组织面临的环境变化特征,将组织的发展阶段划分为3种类型的基本阶段,即可预测变化主导的阶段、不可预测变化主导的阶段、可预测变化和不可预测变化共同主导的阶段;第二,指出组织在不同类型的基本阶段应该采取不同类型的学习模式,包括传承性学习、创造性学习和传创性学习;第三,指出组织的总体发展过程由3种基本阶段经过排列组合形成;第四,指出组织采取的学习模式受到所处阶段环境特征和组织惯性的影响,这两个因素对学习模式的变化速度有不同影响。最后总结了理论意义和实践贡献,并指出了未来的研究方向。
Based on the time dimension in organizational learning theory for time-space development,this paper proposes the organizational learning model for time development.The model includes four aspects.Firstly,it indicates the limitations of studying organizational development from the perspective of traditional life cycle,and builds a new model of organizational developmental stage.Based on the environmental changes faced by organizations,the organizational developmental stage could be divided into 3 basic stages,namely predictable change-dominant stage,unpredictable change-dominant stage,predictable and unpredictable change-joint dominant stage.Secondly,it proposes that organizations should adopt different learning modes according to the basic stage they face,namely inheritable learning,creative learning and inheritable-creative learning.Thirdly,it suggests organizational overall development process is consisted of 3 basic stages through mathematical permutation and combination process.Fourthly,it posits that the learning mode which the organization adopted would be influenced by the environmental characteristics of basic stage and organizational inertia.These two factors have different effects on learning mode changing rate.Finally,it concludes the contribution to the theoretical and practical fields,and further points out the future research direction.
