区域经济视角下的高校文化产业人才培养——以吉林省高校为例

Talents Cultivation of Cultural Industry in Universities from the View of Regional Economy——A Case Study of Universities in Jilin Province

随着我国文化产业的迅速发展,全国各高校纷纷创办文化产业管理专业,从2003年山东大学、中国海洋大学等4所学校创办伊始,至今已经有190多所,吉林省高校也陆续创办。与全国其他地区相似,吉林省高校在文化产业人才培养上也出现了一些问题,无法为文化产业发展提供高水平的人才支持。解决问题的办法应该在清晰认识文化产业发展特征的基础上,立足吉林省区域经济特点,依托现有专业优势,科学制定人才培养目标,不断优化课程体系,加强实践教学环节,为国家文化产业发展助力。

With the rapid development of cultural industry in China,colleges and universities all over the country started to establish cultural industry management as a new major.From the beginning of the establishment of four universities such as Shandong University and Ocean University of China in 2003,there has been more than 190 universities and colleges now,including Jilin Province.Like other colleges and universities,the ones in Jilin Province also encounter some problems in cultivating talent of cultural industry,it is so bad that they cannot supply the high-level talents for the ongoing development of cultural industries. To solve the problem,we should clearly understand the characteristics of the development of cultural industries first,then we should base ourselves on the regional economy advantages of Jilin Province,rely on current specialties and scientifically setting the goal of talent training,constantly optimize the curriculum system and strengthen practical teaching,so as to boost the cultural industry development of our country.
