摘要
为让地膜下的植被幼苗顺利破膜长出,提出两种有效的破膜方法,并设计一种曲柄滑块式运动机构。首先,对破膜的方法进行比较,阐述较优破膜方法的原理;然后,建立曲柄滑块式破膜机构的数学模型,最后,采用Matlab编写仿真与优化程序,分析主要参数对刀尖运动轨迹的影响并进行参数优化。分析表明,曲柄滑块式间歇旋转刀具破膜机构能够实现刀尖出、入薄膜的轨迹线与薄膜面垂直且近似为一条直线,具有较好的破膜性能,满足破膜作业的农艺要求,为破膜机构的设计提供了主要参数。
In order to let the seedlings grow well under the film,the paper puts forward two better methods of breaking the membrane and design a kind of slider crank movement mechanism.First,methods of broken membrane were compared,expounds the principle of optimum film breaking method.Then,the establishment of mathematical model,membrane rupture mechanism of crank block type.Finally,written by Matlab simulation and optimization program,parameter optimization analysis of main parameters on the tip trajectory and impact.The analysis shows that the crank slider intermittent rotary tool trajectory rupture mechanism can realize the tip,into the film and the film surface of the vertical and approximately a straight line,with good performance of membrane rupture,rupture of membranes can satisfy the requirements of agronomy,provides the main parameters for the design of film breaking mechanism.
