摘要
自走式饲料搅拌车中油门控制系统非常重要,不仅关系到整个车辆的燃油效率,而且直接影响车辆的动力性能和舒适性。因此,以自走式饲料搅拌车为研究对象,针对单油门控制功能的不足,克服开发发动机ECU程序周期长、成本高的缺点,设计并优化一种基于PLC控制器的电子油门控制系统,实现整车操作的两路油门精确控制。将其应用在研发的自走式饲料搅拌车上,有效地提高了整车的动力性能和舒适性。
The throttle control system of self-propelled forage mixing car is very important,not only relates to the entire vehicle fuel efficiency,but also directly affects the dynamic performance and comfort of the entire vehicle.Therefore,aiming at the shortcomings of the single throttle control functions and the engine ECU shortcomings of the long development program cycle and the high cost,an electronic throttle control system based on PLC controller is designed and optimized.Thus,the two-way throttle control of precision is realized.Finally,the system is applied in the self-propelled forage mixing car.The system effectively improves the dynamic performance and comfort of the vehicle.
