果蔬中农药残留研究进展

The Research Progress of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Fruits

为了解果蔬中农药残留现状,在查阅近年有关果蔬中农药残留分析检测研究中文及外文文献的基础上,对果蔬样品中农药残留量、农药残留样品检出率及农药残留检测样品前处理方法进行综述。结果显示,国内外不同地区都存在着不同程度的农药残留,对健康存在风险,应对其进行长期监测。目前,果蔬农药残留检测前处理技术取得了瞩目的成就,其中固相微萃取、分散液相微萃取和超临界流体技术等应用前景广阔。

In order to understand the current situation of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, on the bas-ic of reviewing the related literature in recent years, the present situation of pesticide residues, detection rate ofpesticide residues and pretreatment technique have been summarized. The results showed that different levels ofpesticide residues were existed in different areas at home and abroad, which caused human health risk. There-fore, long-term monitoring to pesticides residues should be undertaken. Currently pretreatment technique has a-chieved significant achievements, solid phase microextraction, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction and su-percritical fluid extraction have widely application prospect.
