摘要
现代社会太阳能越来越受到重视,太阳能发电应用越来越多,这在一定程度上缓解电能紧张的现状。但是露天电池板清扫问题也暴露出来,存在清洁难度大,耗水率高,清洁效果差等问题。为维护露天使用的太阳能电池板,设计一种清扫装置,该装置功耗低、清扫效率高、稳定可靠,有两种工作模式可以自由切换,能够节省能源,提高太阳能电池板的使用效率。并用有限元方法对关键零部件进行静力学分析,得出机构的应力应变图,证明机构的可靠性。
Solar energy in modern society is getting more and more attention.More and more solar power applications.This to some extent eased the current situation of power shortage.However,open-air panel cleaning problems are also exposed,there is the difficulty of cleaning,high water consumption,poor cleaning and other issues.In order to maintain the solar panels used in the open air,a cleaning device is designed,which has the advantages of low power consumption,high cleaning efficiency,stable and reliable operation,and two operating modes that can be switched freely,thereby saving energy and improving the using efficiency of the solar panel.And using finite element method for static analysis of key components.The stress-strain diagram of the mechanism was obtained,demonstrating the reliability of the mechanism.
