在新时代,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是一个全面性、系统性的工程,必须充分认识到社会主义核心价值观培育和践行过程的复杂性、长期性、艰巨性。首先,逐步解决我国当前社会的主要矛盾,转变发展方式、在发展中保障和改善民生,夯实培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的社会经济基础。其次,继续强化法治保障,设计建立一套保障培育和践行社会主义核心价值观中各环节充分落实的制度规范。再次,支持理论的不断创新发展,进一步丰富社会主义核心价值观的科学内涵。最后,从教育引导和实践养成入手展开对社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,推动形成社会全面参与和深度践行的生动局面。

In the New Era,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is a comprehensive and systematic project. We must fully understand the complex,long-term and arduous nature of the cultivation and practice of socialist core values as socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a New Era. First of all,we should gradually solve the major contradictions in our current society,transform the way of development,protect and improve people's livelihood in the development process,and consolidate the socioeconomic foundation of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. Secondly,we should continue to strengthen the legal framework of the rule of law and establish a set of institutional norms to ensure the full and smooth implementation of each link in the system of socialist core values. Thirdly,we should support continuous theoretical innovation and further enrich the scientific connotation of the socialist core values. Finally,we should cultivate and practice the socialist core values and promote social participation and in-depth practice through increasing educational input and practical exemplification.
