高职院校内部教学督导机制的“三个转变” 被引量:4

摘要 高职院校内部教学督导的目标是提升学校的教育质量和办学能力,保证学生获得必备的专业知识和职业技能。高职院校内部教学督导必须围绕这一目标,通过"以督促教,以督促管",最终达到"以督促学"。目前,高职院校内部教学督导存在监督而不指导,督导范围过窄,督导员队伍年龄偏大等问题。高职院校应创新内部教学督导机制,实现从监督型督导转向指导型督导,从一级督导转向二级督导,从学校督导转向校企合作督导等三个转变。 The aim of internal teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges is to improve the quality of education and the ability to run a school,so as to ensure that the students get the necessary professional knowledge andprofessional skills. Higher vocational colleges must focus on the goal to finally promote learning in supervisionthrough the procedure of promoting education and management in supervision. At present,many Higher VocationalColleges only stress on supervision but without guidance,the relevant affairs under supervision is in narrow scope,the supervisors are generally old in age. Higher vocational colleges should innovate the mechanism to realize the following three transformations:from administration - oriented supervision to guidance - oriented supervision,fromone - level supervision to two - level supervision,from school supervision to school - enterprise cooperative supervision.
