对接国际技能大赛促进高职技能创新人才培养的思考——以哈尔滨职业技术学院为例

On Promoting the Training of Technically Creative Talents in Higher Vocational College by Docking International Skills Competition——Taking Harbin Vocational and Technical College as an example

哈尔滨职业技术学院参加了三届俄罗斯远东地区国际技能大赛世界技能大赛,学生参赛屡获殊荣,教师评委多次嘉奖,为学校赢得了荣誉,也积累了一定的世赛国际标准和技能人才培训经验。学校借鉴世界技能大赛培训经验,实施高职技能创新人才分类培养模式,促进了高职教育的转型与改革。

Having participated in the Russian Far East International Skills Competition and the World SkillsCompetition for three times,the students and teachers from Harbin Vocational and Technical College won manyhonor for the school,and we also have learnt a lot on international match standards and skilled talents training . Bylearning from the experience of training competitors in the world skills competition,we implement a classified training mode of technically creative talents,promoting the transformation and reform of higher vocational education.
