高等职业院校新生晚自习管理模式及对策

On the Management of Night Self-study of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业院校新生晚自习是新生进校后适应校园生活、学习环境,养成良好学习习惯及提升自学能力的重要环节。目前高职院校新生晚自习存在的主要问题,一方面是新生对晚自习缺乏正确的认识;另一方面是晚自习管理制度不健全。高职院校应加强对新生的正确引导、建立健全新生晚自习管理制度,提高学生在大学期间自我学习,自我管理,自我服务的意识。

The night self - study,which is very important for the freshmen in higher vocational colleges,helpsthem to adapt to campus life and learning environment,develop good learning habits and improve self - study ability. At present,the main problems existing in the night self - study of freshmen in higher vocational colleges are thatthe students lack correct understanding on night self - study and the management system for night self - study is notperfect . Higher vocational colleges should give more guidance to freshmen students,perfect the management systemof night self - study,and improve the students’awareness of self - learning,self - management and self - service incollege.
