民主选任领导干部工作中群众权利的缺失与救济

On the Lack and Relief of the Masses＇Rights in the Democratic Election of Leading Cadres

群众参与民主选任领导干部工作就是公民应有的基本权利之一,但在我国现行法律规定中,对群众权利的保障存在缺失现象,论文从赋予成年公民以具体的参与选拔党政领导干部宪法权利和义务入手,提出了设立各层次领导干部群众选拔委员会等五点救济手段,为完善我党的选人用人机制提出了独立见解。

It is one of the basic rights of citizens to participate in the democratic election of leading cadres,butin the current legal provisions of China,there is a lack of the protection of the rights of the masses. Starting fromthe specific participation of adult citizens in selecting the constitutional rights and obligations of leaders of the partyand government,this paper puts forward five points of relief,such as the establishment of leading cadres and massselection committees at various levels,and puts forward independent opinions for improving our party’ s selection andemployment mechanism.
