高职院校创新创业教育现存问题及破解对策

Research on Existing Problems and Solving Countermeasure of Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges

为建设创新型国家,我国将"双创"上升为国家战略,与"一带一路"战略一起构成我国内外兼顾的两大战略布局。高职院校作为"双创"人才培养的重要主体,在创新创业教育实施中存在理念、教学组织管理、师资、机制等诸多问题。亟待学校领导理清思路、高度重视,将创新创业教育作为新一轮教育改革和学生素质培养的重要抓手,通过深度改革实现全面突破。

In order to construct the new innovation-oriented country, combining "the belt and the road"strategy and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" upgraded national strategy makes the two strategic plans under internal and external consideration. As one important polar by cultivating talents of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, there are still many barriers in educational practice such as concepts, management of teaching organization, teacher's resource, systems and so on. In facing these problems, leaders of vocational colleges should clear the thoughts and try to change along with regarding the education of mass entrepreneurship and innovation as the important part for new educational revolution and qualities improving, which will make an all-round breakthrough by developing the revolution.
