摘要
在微波条件下,研究提取液pH值、料液比、盐酸浓度等因素对河套蜜瓜皮中果胶提取率的影响,通过正交试验确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明,各因素影响果胶提取率的大小顺序为提取液pH值>盐酸浓度>料液比,正交试验得出最佳工艺参数为提取液pH值1.0,盐酸浓度0.6 mol/L,料液比1∶25。
This paper was conducted to explore the optimum technological parameters of extracting pectin from Hetao honeydew-melon peel by microwave methed. Under microwave conditions,the influences of acidity,ratio of solvent to material,hydrochloric acid concentration on the extraction yield of pectin were investigated and the optimum technological parameterswere ascertained through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that various factors influencing pectin yield according to thesize of the order was acidity〉ratio of solvent to material〉the consistency of hydrochloric acid. The optimum technological parametersobtained through orthogonal experiment were acidity of 1.0,ratio of solvent to material of 1∶25,consistency of hydrochloricacid of 0.6 mol/L.
