产业发展对高职食品加工技术专业人才素质需求

摘要 食品工业的发展对食品加工技术专业人才的素质提出更高要求,采取问卷调研和实地走访调研相结合的方式,针对食品加工技术专业对应的相关企业及毕业生进行调研。了解了企业用人岗位的需求情况,相应岗位应具备的知识、能力、素质、技能证书与薪酬情况;明确毕业生在工作之后对于所需专业知识需求的认识,以期全面了解用人单位对高职食品加工技术专业人才的要求,准确把握人才培养的质量,满足企业的实际需求。 According the development of the food industry,the food processing technology specialty professional quality hadput forward higher requirements. This paper adopted questionnaire survey and field investigation combined with the way ofquestioning research for the relevant enterprises and the corresponding professional food processing technology graduates. Understandthe industry enterprise demand,post corresponding positions should possess the knowledge,ability,quality,skillscertificate and salary;clear graduates after work required for understanding the needs of professional knowledge,in order tofully understand the employer for talents of food processing technology specialty in higher vocational colleges.
