高等院校食品专业学生对“转基因安全性”的认知度调查研究

摘要 为了解我国食品专业学生对转基因安全性的认知程度,对中国农业大学、江南大学、陕西师范大学等8所高等院校的食品专业本科生和研究生进行问卷调查。调查结果表明,食品专业学生对转基因的了解程度较高;在转基因发展前景上,表现出了较高的支持度;在转基因的热点问题上,食品专业学生可以理性判断,较少受到不实报道的影响。基于调查结果,提出了对我国转基因发展的一些对策和建议。 In order to understand the awareness of university students majoring in food science on the safety of the geneticallymodified food,a questionnaire survey was taken on the students majoring in food science of eight universities including ChinaAgricultural University,Jiangnan University,Shaanxi Normal University,and so on. Results showed that the awareness of universitystudents majoring in food science on the safety of the genetically modified food was very well. And with the future developmentof genetically modified food,the university students majoring in food science showed higher levels of support. Onthe hot issue of GM in China,the university students majoring in food science could rational judgment,and were less affectedby false reporting. Based on the results of the survey,some countenmeasuresand suggestions for the development wereput forward.
