摘要
针对篦冷机推力臂液压在篦床做往复式运动时,压力起伏大,不易于操作员判断,且在来料不均时出现堆雪人、未冷却红料较多及煤粉燃烧不充分等情况,采用和利时先进控制系统对篦冷机风机出口压力作优化控制,将篦冷机一段风机出口压力作为回转窑操作的重要参考参数,解决篦冷机实际控制过程中高度非线性、强耦合、时变不确定等问题。通过优化控制稳定篦下压力,以稳定料层厚度,达到稳定进窑二次、三次风温风量的目的,从而稳定窑况,降低熟料热耗,改善熟料冷却状况,提高余热发电量。该优化方案不仅使头尾煤秤的喂煤量有不同程度降低,节约了能源,而且还避免了红料、堆雪人等情况的发生,间接地延长了设备的使用寿命,且在节约生产能耗的同时解决了无法精准控制的历史问题,能实现设备全程自动控制,达到环保与经济双赢。
In view of the following situations as when the grate cooler push lever hydraulic does reciprocate motion on grate bed,the pressure fluctuation is large and it is not easy for the operator to determine. The phenomena as snowman pushing,too much noncooled red materials and insufficient combustion of pulverized coal appear when the incoming materials are uneven,grate cooler fan outlet pressure optimization control is done by using advanced control systems,and one outlet pressure of the grate cooler is used as an important reference parameters of rotary kiln operation so as to solve such problems as highly nonlinear,strong coupling,time-varying uncertainty in the practical control process of the grate cooler. By optimizing the control and stability of grate pressure,the material thickness achieves stability and the secondary and tertiary air temperature and volume are stable too,which can stabilize the kiln conditions,reduce the clinker heat consumption,improve clinker cooling,improve the waste heat power generation. So the optimization scheme not only reduces the feed coal with different degree,saves energy,but also avoids the happening of the red material,snowman pushing,and so on and so forth indirectly,lengthens the service life of equipment and production in saving energy consumption solves the old problem of inaccurate control,which can realize the automatic control of the equipment,achieve environmental protection and economy win-win.
