前沿与动态:海外中国腐败研究述评——基于2012—2016年SSCI论文的分析

Frontier and Dynamic Trend: Commentary on Overseas Research on China's Corruption——An Analysis Based on SSCI Essays from 2012 to 2016

追踪并分析世界各国学者如何解读和评估中共十八大以来的"反腐新政",有助于了解当前腐败治理研究和中国研究的前沿动态和趋势。文章使用量化分析方法对近五年来学界在中国腐败问题领域的文献进行了系统梳理,发现此类研究的国家和地区来源既呈现出分布多元化的特征,又具有相对聚集性。与此同时,研究领域和议题的细化亦与中国现实政治的发展动态相呼应。这些研究的问题主要集中在反腐败制度建构、法律规范,市场化、改革与腐败,对外投资贸易中的腐败,媒体、信息与腐败,腐败的主观感知,政商关系,中国与其他国家(地区)的比较这七个方面。其中尤以对中国的市场化改革与腐败之间的关系,以及投资和贸易中的腐败问题这两个方面最受关注。

How do scholars all over the world interpret and evaluate China＇s ＂new policy of anti-corruption＂？ Tracking this question helps us know the frontier and trend of anti-corruption research and China research. Based on quantitative methods, we sort out the literature in the recent five years about China＇s corruption. The findings show that the source of research is much diversified while some countries and areas make more contribution than others, and that the detailedness of research areas and topics keep accordance with China＇s politics. Seven topics of re- search are identified： the institutional establishment and legal regulation of anti-corruption; marketization, reform and corruption; corruption in trade and investment; media, information and corruption; attitude about corruption; relationships between politics and business; comparative study on China and other countries. Among others, the re- lationships between the marketization reform and corruption, and the corruption in the investment and trade attract more concerns.
